1. Bridge Structure Design Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work on all phases of structural design of bridges and other infrastructure structures with following responsibility:
• Initiate the design and analysis models, structural design report of bridge structures.
• Instruct CAD Operators to develop concept drawings until shop drawings.
• Use initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise at a competent level.
• Control the quality of structural design work and drawings.
• Project coordination: Working with internal and external stakeholders in both local & overseas projects to deliver smooth and effective execution within the deadline.
• Details shall be discussed directly at the interview.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Structure Engineering, with proven technical proficiency and experience in bridge design and analysis on infrastructure projects.
• At least 3-years experiences in bridge structure design: Design, modelling and analyze bridge structures and involve in preparation of detail drawings of bridge structures.
• Candidates without working experience will be considered as Beginner.
• Be capable in using Midas software, and using other common bridge structural analysis software such as RM is an advantage.
• Have experiences in applying international design standards AASHTO LRFD or Eurocodes in bridge design.
• Be proficiency in using AutoCAD, proficiency in Revit Structure or Tekla is an advantage.
• Have critical thinking, ability to identify and resolve technical problems.
• You have attention to accurateness and precision.
• Work under pressure and to meet tight deadline.
• Good command of English.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Depending on phases of the project, you will participate in parts of the design works, including:
• Study, propose structural design solution, establish analysis models, execute calculation report, ensure the design to meet all technical requirements as required by local standards and international standards.
• Prepare structural drawings for Building / Industrial structures.
• Make detailed structural drawings.
• Interpret the structural design report / instructive sketches of structure from other team to prepare structural drawings.
• Detect the clash problem during working and propose solution.
• Implement the quality control of the drawings / models / reports.
• Manage to deliver the whole package: document list, quality check sheet, printing… in accordance with the requirement of the projects.

• Have solid skills in using structural analysis software Etabs or Graitec, and familiar with using other structural analysis software such as Robot, Staadpro;
• Experience with ANSYS software will be an advantage.
• Have experienced in applying international design standards, ASCE/AISC/ACI or Eurocodes.
• Have critical thinking, ability to identify and resolve technical problems
