On the morning of July 3rd, 2026, a meeting and reception for a group of students from class K67KSHT – Training Program of Excellent Engineers (PFIEV), Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, for their internship took place at the headquarters of Vietnam Construction Import-Export Corporation (VINACONEX).
This is the first cohort of students trained in Infrastructure Engineering to meet the needs of businesses, a result of the cooperation between Hanoi University of Civil Engineering and VINACONEX Corporation in training high-quality human resources. During the two-year specialized training period, each student receives 100% tuition sponsorship from VINACONEX, totaling nearly 80 million VND per student. In addition to studying a program closely linked to business practices, students also participate in internships at offices, construction sites, and key projects under the guidance of experienced engineers and experts.
Present at the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai – Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy – Human Resources Director, also Director of the Human Resources Development Department; Mr. Truong Viet Anh – Deputy Director of Project Management Board 1; Mr. Vu Tung Lam – Deputy Director of Project Management Board 1; Mr. Hoang Thieu Bao – Deputy Director of the Construction Department, along with the staff of the Corporation, Project Management Board 1, and the VINACONEX leadership team. They welcomed the student delegation, emphasized the requirements for occupational safety, a spirit of learning, and committed to creating conditions for the students to access a professional working environment as well as key national projects.

On behalf of the school, Dr. Tong Ngoc Tu – Director of PFIEV-HUCE expressed gratitude to VINACONEX Corporation for their partnership in training, and hoped that the students would demonstrate a proactive spirit, study diligently, practice, and accumulate practical experience throughout their internship.

In particular, after completing the training program and meeting the company’s requirements, students will be officially recruited by VINACONEX, opening up opportunities for stable careers immediately after graduation.
