Attending the Seminar were Associate Professor Dr. Pham Xuan Anh – Vice Rector, Head of the PFIEV of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering; Dr. Tong Ngoc Tu – Head of the Board of Management and Training of PFIEV; Associate Professor Dr. Pham Duy Hoa – Former Secretary, former Rector, former Head of of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering; Representatives of the leaders of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (VINACONEX); generations of lecturers, alumni and students of PFIEV.
The Seminar is an opportunity for the former students, trainees, teachers meet and review the memories of the past 25 years. At the same time, it is also an opportunity for the University, the Board of PFIEV with former students working in many fields as well as exchanging with representatives of cooperating enterprises to have valuable comments, aiming to improve the quality of the program to be more and more suitable to the requirements of society.
On behalf of the Board of PFIEV, Dr. Tong Ngoc Tu presented a summary report on the formation and development process as well as the milestones of the PFIEV-HUCE Program over the past 25 years (1999-2024).

In the general changing trend of the education system, cooperation between the university and businesses is a mandatory step. Representing businesses attending the Seminar, Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai – Deputy General Director of Vinaconex Corporation shared some information about the requirements of businesses in recruiting high-quality personnel trained from universities in particular and the labor market in general. The sharing of Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai is very important information in orienting, changing and developing the training programs of the university.

The seminar took place in the atmosphere of the whole country looking towards the Vietnamese Teachers’ Day on November 20. Generations of students and trainees of PFIEV, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering had gifts of gratitude to their teachers, showing the spirit of “respecting teachers” and awarded scholarships to share and accompany the next generations of students.
